Just this past Wednesday (Feb. 27), Sports-Quebec paid tribute to the Molson family for its generosity in contribution to amateur sport at the gala evening for “L’Ordre des Jeux du Quebec” (L’Ordre des Jeux du Quebec is composed of business people and key figures actively involved with Quebec youth and sports).
This year was the 21st edition of the honour, with Ronald Corey as Honourary President. The gala was held at the Cabaret du Casino de Montreal.
The Molson family has, for generations, shown great generosity to amateur sport and give support to many athletes, events and organizations such as:
- Fondation Sport Etudes
- Club Medaille d’Or
- Fondation de l’athlete d’excellence du Quebec
- Olympiques Speciaux Quebec
- Pantheon des Sports du Quebec
Molson has embraced the philosophy of community involvement for over 226 years — I am so proud to be part of a company that is always proud to play its part.
