Molson Vlog Episode 8: National Mentoring Program

The group

About a week ago, I joined the National Mentoring Program (NMP) for lunch in Toronto to celebrate and recognize the wonderful work of the students and mentors this year — kind of like a NMP graduation.

I’ve written about this program a few times over the last year, and am happy to be writing again to congratulate the Queen’s University students, their Molson Mentors and the organizations they worked with. Kevin Boyce, CEO and President of Molson, joined us as well and had a chance to hear about the great things the student/Molson teams accomplished.

Molson VLOG Episode 7: Dauphin’s Countryfest 2008

Molson joined thousands of country music fans at Canada’s largest, longest running outdoor country music festival – Dauphin’s Countryfest 2008.  We sponsored the event’s shuttle service to ensure the festival goers could be responsible and get to and from the event safely.

I’ve been to many festivals over the years, but never a country fest. I’m not big fan of country music, but after seeing this video (created by our good friends at ARC), my view has been swayed a bit — looked like an awesome time with a great crowd of people.  Next year is the 20th anniversary…maybe it’s time for a visit to Dauphin Manitoba!  Road trip anyone?

Molson VLOG Episode 6: Okotoks Dawgs New Stadium

A couple weeks ago, Bryan Cox, Molson blogger from the West, wrote about Molson’s donation to the Town of Okotoks (Just south of Calgary) $25,000 was donated to help build a new field house at the Seaman Stadium.

We sent our team of videographers from ARC out to film the event and they got some amazing footage of the baseball team, the fans and even one of our bloggers….Hi Bryan :)
