Tonia Hammer, Community Relations
Hi all…Tonia here. Also known at @MolsonTonia, and I’m the Community Relations Coordinator at Molson Coors for English Canada. I started at Molson in January 08 as an intern out of Humber College in Toronto. I graduated from Humber’s PR Program and was fortunate enough to get a chance to help Molson Coors develop and explore the world of Social Media – a huge interest of mine. Over the last two years, we’ve worked hard to build this blog by sharing stories of Molson in the Community. And when I say community, I mean so many different things – from donations, volunteerism, environmental initiatives and employee stories to updates on brewing, hockey and our fabulous portfolio of brands. Love to write, love to blog and would love to hear from you. Let us know if there’s anything you’d like us to cover! My favourite beer(s)? Rickard’s White on a patio with orange, Coors Light on Tap anywhere and Molson Canadian in the bottle. Cheers, Tonia.

Sebastien Charbonneau, Employee Communications
Bonjour! I’m the employee communication guru here at Molson Coors since May 2007. Before I practiced my PR and communications trade in the airline and banking industries. I currently reside in Burlington, Ontario were I moved from Montreal eight years ago! I’ve had many great work experiences since completing my Business studies way back when. But over the years, I developed a genuine interest in the PR and communication fields. In 2005, to round out my professional experience I went back to school benches and completed my post-graduate in Public Relations at Laurier University. I’ve since entirely re-focused my career to do what I love most…communications! An aspect of my work that I particularly enjoy is meeting employees from all over our global organization. I like learning about their unique stories or passions and discover how some are truly engaged in the community, outside of work. There’s amazing people here at Molson and I intend to “blog” about them on Molson in the community. I’m looking forward to our conversations about the people of Molson in the community. Now I must also admit that working in the beer biz is unique, fun and a sure conversation starter outside the work place. Often I’m asked what’s my favorite brew, and I have a difficult time to pick only one, so I’d say my top ones are Molson Export when in Quebec and Molson Canadian when I’m not, yet while out on sunny day on the golf course I love a Coors Light! So there you go! Salut!

Carole Berry, Government Public Affairs Coordinator
Greetings everyone. A bit of history, I started as receptionist at our Molson merchandising facility in ‘94, from there I moved into Consumer Relations a.k.a. 1.800.Molson , went back to night school for PR and Event management and landed in Government and Public Affairs and as they say “the rest is history”. First off, I love my job!! Being involved in Government and Public Affairs, I have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of initiatives….I help build government relations; I work on the Molson Coors “Here’s to Responsible Choices” campaign to spread our message on celebrating the responsible choices individuals make 365 days a year; I work with Community Relations on creating community interest in Molson Coors community endeavors, with one common factor – I help build connections and relationships across this great nation of ours. What better way to reach out than with a cold one in hand! My Molson Coors fav is Canadian, be it in a bottle, can or draft, as long as it is COLD!! Cheers! Thank you for taking the time to visit Molson Coors’ Community Blog, All the best, Carole.

Monique Dépatie, Community Relations Manager
I joined Molson in 1976 and am now responsible of community relations, corporate giving, Molson Coors Volunteer Program and responsible choices (including the Molson Angels), on both a national and regional scale. I am quite honored, proud and privileged to represent such a long-lasting company, that has always exhibited great values and a real concern for community needs. All across Canada, Molson Coors is proud a part, to support the development of active lifestyle, healthy communities and skills improvement in communities coast-to-coast. My favorite beer is definitely Molson Export, launched in 1903, one of our flagships, mostly in Québec – a great Ale, with a touch of bitterness! Furthermore, while having been inducted into the “Club de la Médaille d’Or” Hall of Fame in recognition of Molson making a difference in amateur sports, I am also proud to have been elected a life member of the Montreal Canadiens Alumni, along with hockey legends of the Montreal Canadiens. Salut!
