Big hockey news yesterday in Quebec. Molson Coors Canada proudly donated $225 000 to help fund the construction of Pat Burns Arena. Andrew Molson, 7th generation Molson family and Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Molson Coors Brewing Company, announced the donation during an honorary groundbreaking ceremony held in Stanstead.
Molson Coors Canada has a long standing tradition of community involvement, including local and major sporting initiatives dating back to the days of John Molson, founder of the brewery.

“We are honoured to do our part to help make the Pat Burns Arena project a reality. For us, Pat Burns has always been a model of perseverance and success. Whether during his tenure as coach of the Montreal Canadiens or as coach of another club, Pat has consistently given his all, while allowing those around him to benefit from his generosity and wealth of knowledge.” Andrew Molson
Our donation will go Fondation Collegiale Rouge et Blanc which will be accepting donations for the Pat Burns Arena project.
