Molson Coors Calgary Employees played their part  at a  One-of-a-Kind Camp for kids with special needs. Since 1965, the Easter Seals Camp Horizon has been brightening the lives of over 85,000 deserving young Albertans. Campers make new friends and support networks, they learn new skills and overcome challenges they never thought possible.  They spend time with others who face the same challenges they do and for one week, they are not different – kids can just be kids again!
Sixteen volunteers from the Molson Coors Calgary Sales and West MDA office said “I WILL” MAKE A DIFFERENCE when they came out to the Easter Seals Camp Horizon on Friday May 31st  to help get the camp ready for the kids this summer.   Molson Coors employees were able to work through some of the Camps priority projects on their “to do” list.  Tasks included building new seating benches for the camps-fire pit, trail maintenance, changing locks, sanding/staining shelves & painting.
It would taken the Camps Maintenance Crew weeks to complete the jobs that we accomplished in a day.

  1. THANK YOU to the wonderful Molson Coors Crew. Our campers have arrived and are all having the time of their life – thanks in large part to the fantastic effort put in by your Crew.
Your Crew has maintained their reputation here at Camp as an incredibly hard working team full of exceptional people. It is such a pleasure to host you here at Camp and we can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work and effort.
We’ll plan for sunshine and a pool next year!
    Many thanks,
Anna and the team at Easter Seals Camp Horizon

  2. We always look forward to the Molson “team” arrival! Each year so many projects get completed that would not get done without your help. We wish you could be here when our kids arrive — their smiling faces would leave no doubt of the magnitude of your contribution. Each and every member of your staff is to be commended for their hard work and dedication in making Camp Horizon the place they look forward to coming to each year.
