Molson Coors Canada Dispatches

It’s the countdown to the closing ceremonies, already! Yesterday was Manitoba Day, the home province of Jennifer Botterill who won a Gold Medal with her teammates of the Canadian Women’s Hockey Team last night. Another one of the athletes we’re proud to support, Joannie Rochette won the Bronze in Figure Skating. Inside the Molson Canadian Hockey the crowd cheered very very loudly for both medals but hearts were particularly warm as they watched Joannie’s performance which was shown live in the cathedral of hockey and let me tell you everyone in the “house” was on their feet. After those stellar moments we made sure that the beer was ice cold as the party heated up for Geoff Molson when he took on the stage along with the Women’s hockey team for the Victory Bottle celebration. In today’s show we are also featuring interviews with Heidi Pokorny manager of Events and Promotion who tell us how we keep our guest busy in Vancouver. Cheers to our great athletes and Go Canada Go!
