I just want to thank everyone at Molson for their support for this season. Training this summer has gone well and almost a month into the season I am working ahrd to get ready for the first qualifying race in Germany Nov 27. I spent two weeks in Lake Placid NY training and now have been in Germany for the last week and a half. Training has been hard and I have been struggling with this track but we have another two weeks of training here before the races. Should be plenty of time to fix the problems.

Our days start at 7 am with 40 minutes of jogging and stretching, breakfast, then we go to the track for a 30 minute warm up and sliding. Each session is about 4 hours all together all for 3 one minute runs. At 20-40 euros a run you have to make it worth it. After training we have lunch and a video review /analysis session that is followed by wither a sprint work out or a weight lifting session, physio, dinner, and bed.

……obviously we go out for a pint or two every now and then as well;)
