Reaching Goal and Beyond at London Food Bank Food Drive
Share TweetLast week Molson Coors Canada’s South Western Ontario Sales team took on 8 straight hours of rain and cold to collect much needed donations for the London Food Bank. I took the short road trip to London to join the team and volunteer with them for the day.
Our goal was to collect $5000 worth of food and monetary donations stationed outside of the Metro grocery store at Clarke and Trafalgar Rd. in London, ON. With some enthusiasm, a little music and a whole lot of Molson spirit, we successfully reached and surpassed our goal, collecting 5900 lbs of food = $9000. The Molson Donations Fund also donated $5000, making our grand total $14000! Our team was so impressed with the generosity from the people of London, the Metro and the food bank.
The cold feet and frizzy hair was well worth it
Cheers, @MolsonTonia.

Team leader Kevin Britton escorted the customers through the rain with his giant umbrella the entire day!
