Michael ‘Pinball’ Clemons kicks off Molson Coors United Way campaign in Toronto

United Way kick-off Toronto - Michael 'Pinball' Clemons

Molson Coors National Committee members and Pinball

Yesterday was the official kick off to our United Way 09 Campaign and we were SO lucky to have the great Michael ‘Pinball’ Clemons as our guest speaker at our Toronto office. Pinball spent an hour with our employees delivering a truly captivating and inspiring speech. Micheal is well known for being a philanthropist and redefining community relations through his many community activities and the Michael “Pinball” Clemons Foundation.  He is also Chair of the United Way Youth Challenge Fund.

Thank you so much for joining us Michael!

We’re on day two of our 14 day campaign…rock on.
Have a great weekend all. Cheers, @MolsonTonia

  2. I cannot support Molson utilizing a Christian speaker as a spokesperson. Philanthropy, especially corporate philanthropy should be secular. A focus on goodwill and aid to all, not on religion and Christianity.

  3. Hi there Erin, thanks for taking the time to read our blog. Mr. Clemons is not a spokesperson for Molson – he generously donated his time last week to chat with our employees as we kicked off our annual United Way Campaign. Molson Coors Canada’s philanthropy policy can be found here if you’d like some more info about our community giving. Cheers.
