Kenora Beer Store – Bottle Drive for Leukemia
Kenora Beer Store – Bottle Drive for Leukemia, originally uploaded by Molson Blog.
A beautiful morning in Kenora Ontario, on the top end of Lake of the Woods, this morning with lots of participation by residents and visitors alike for The Beer Store bottle drive for Leukemia and Lymphoma. The bottle drive runs all weekend across Ontario. I was delighted to capture the moment with Mark Ossachuk and his family rallying support as customers arrived at the Beer Store this morning. Manager Ward Sherrington was on hand as was the Mayor of Kenora, his worship Len Compton. If we average 475 cases (24) of empty beer bottle returns at 400 stores across Ontario today The Beer Store and UFCW Local 12R24 will exceed last year’s accomplishment of $650,000. Molson is Proud to Play our Part…we hope that Ontarians will join us this weekend and support this important cause. Cheers @MolsonFerg

great work and a worthy cause ! great photo of Mark Ossachuk and family as well as ward & fergie and of course his worship.
