Tuesday night’s hockey game at the ACC in Toronto was presentation night for February’s Molson Canadian Cup in partnership with the Team Up Foundation.  The winning hard-working Leafs player was….. JS Giguere (congrats!) and the charity recipient of a $1000 donation was a great organization called Boundless Adventures.

This Molson Canadian Cup a was little extra special due to a collaboration between Molson Coors, Boundless and the innovative awareness and fundraising organization, 12for12k.  12for12k uses the power and outreach …

For Molson Coors, the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games will stand out as a Gold Medal achievement in the history of our company. It has been a fantastic, unforgettable experience for the entire team that has been involved. The culmination was seeing the heart stopping Men’s Hockey Gold Medal games yesterday at Hockey House and the closing ceremonies of the 21st Winter Olympics—a historic time for Vancouver, for Canada and Molson Coors. It’s the countdown to the closing ceremonies, already! Yesterday was Manitoba Day, the home province of Jennifer Botterill who won a Gold Medal with her teammates of the Canadian Women’s Hockey Team last night. Another one of the athletes we’re proud to support, Joannie Rochette won the Bronze in Figure Skating. Inside the Molson Canadian Hockey the crowd cheered very very loudly for both medals but hearts were particularly warm as they watched Joannie’s performance which was shown live in the cathedral of hockey and let me tell you everyone in the “house” was on their feet.
